For repairs, make sure you call and schedule an appointment as early as possible when you detect a problem.

An air filter should be replaced every 1-3 months, depending on certain factors. If your home feels dusty, stuffy, or if you have pets, you should replace it more frequently.

Do I really need system maintenance every year?

Yes. Yearly system maintenance is required to keep efficiency levels high, to extend the lifespan of the technology, and it’s even required for most warranties.

Why is my AC frozen?

An AC’s coils can freeze for a number of different reasons. Most commonly, it’s caused by a dirty air filter and lack of airflow. But a refrigerant leak can also cause your refrigerant to reach freezing temperatures and turn condensate into ice.

How do I know when it’s time for an AC replacement?
