He was easy to talk to and explained the issue I was having with my heating unit. He was able to fix my problem in less than an hour. I will definitely use Mike Smith Heating again.

The customer service with Mike Smith Heating and Air Conditioning is OFF THE CHARTS. They did an amazing job with my new install as well. His people are friendly, professional and very good at what they do. My HVAC died and they worked until 9PM to get me going until I could get my new unit installed.
